Delivery Estonia & Europe

5.1. After the sales agreement has entered into force (after the Customer pays the invoice), Mulieres OĂœ will pack the order and hand it over to the logistics partner(s) of Mulieres OĂœ for delivery.

5.2. If you chose the parcel machine service within Estonia, the order will be delivered to the parcel machine of your choice in 1 to 3 business days. Upon the arrival of the order to the designated parcel machine, a message will be sent to the mobile phone of the Customer, including the location of the parcel machine, the opening hours and the personal door code. By using the touchscreen of the parcel machine, enter the personal code – the door opens and you can get your parcel. The parcels are stored in the machine free of charge for 7 calendar days since the arrival of the first message to the Customer’s mobile phone. After that, the parcel will be returned to Mulieres OĂœ.

5.3. If you used the international Itella Smartpost parcel machine service (only for Finnish customers), the order will be delivered to the parcel machine of your choice in Finland in 3 to 5 business days. Upon the arrival of the order to the designated parcel machine, a message will be sent to the mobile phone of the Customer, including the location of the parcel machine, the opening hours and the personal door code. By using the touchscreen of the parcel machine, enter the personal code – the door opens and you can get your parcel. The parcels are stored in the SmartPOST parcel machine free of charge for 7 calendar days since the arrival of the first message to the Customer’s mobile phone. After that, the parcel will be returned to Mulieres OĂœ.

5.4. If you used the international Itella Smartpost post office service (only for Finnish customers), the order will be delivered to the post office of your choice in Finland in 5 to 7 business days. Upon the arrival of the order to its destination, a notice about the arrival of the parcel will be sent to the mailbox of the Customer. The parcel will be stored in the post office for 14 calendar days since its arrival to the post office. After that, the parcel will be returned to Mulieres OĂœ.

5.5. The products, but not the product packages, which have become damaged during the transportation will be replaced for the customer. Should the replacement of the product be impossible, the customer will get a refund for the goods.

5.6. Mulieres OĂœ is not responsible for any delays in the delivery of the goods, provided that the goods have been handed over to our logistics partner on time, however, the delay in the delivery may be due to circumstances that could not have been foreseen or affected by Mulieres OĂœ.

6. Right of withdrawal

6.1 The goods purchased from the website of Mulieres are subject to a 14-day right of withdrawal since the receipt of the goods. If the Customer is not happy with the goods ordered from our e-shop, the goods can be returned to us.

6.2 To return the goods, submit an application of withdrawal by sending the application to mulieres@mulieres.eu. After the receipt of the application via e-mail, Mulieres OĂœ will send the Customer a confirmation about the receipt of the application of withdrawal.

6.3 The purchased goods must be returned immediately but no later than in 14 days since the submission of the application of withdrawal.

6.4 For the right of withdrawal to be valid, the returned goods must be unused and the package of the product must be intact and undamaged.

6.5 The 14-day right of withdrawal will not be applied for the following goods:

1) the product is unfit for use due to health protection or hygienic reasons or it has been used or opened or the use (or non-use) of the product cannot be verified.

6.6 The costs related to the return of the goods will be borne by the Customer, except in cases when the reason for returning the goods is the non-compliance of the goods with the actual order or deficient goods.

6.7 Upon the return of the goods, the paid sum will be transferred back to the Customer at the first possible instance but no later than in 14 days since the submission of the application of withdrawal. Mulieres OĂœ may refuse to make the repayment until the reception of the object of the agreement or until the Customer has submitted proof about returning the product, whichever is earliest.

7. Liability

Mulieres OĂœ and the Customer are liable for damages caused to the other party due to the violations of the present terms and conditions in the cases and in the extent stipulated in the valid legal acts of the Republic of Estonia.

8. Force majeure

Mulieres OĂœ is not responsible for any caused damages or any delays in the delivery of the goods, provided that the delay in the delivery was due to circumstances that could not have been foreseen or affected by Mulieres OĂœ.

9. Protection and security of personal data

The information and personal data collected during the visits of our website and placing orders will be handled as confidential and it will not be disclosed to third parties. Encrypted data communication with the banks when paying for the purchases ensures the security of the personalised bank credentials of the Customer.

10. Procedure for submitting claims

10.1 Mulieres OĂœ is liable if the products sold to the Customer do not comply with the terms and conditions of the agreement or are deficient. In the occurrence of the non-compliances or defects of the products, please submit your claims to mulieres@mulieres.eu.

10.2 The claim must include the following data:

1) name and contact data of the Customer;

2) date of the claim and order/invoice number;

3) defect of the product;

4) content of the claim against Mulieres OĂœ;

5) in the event of damage, add photos of damaged products.

10.3 Mulieres OĂœ will reply to the claim at least in 15 days since the receipt of the claim.

10.4 Mulieres OĂœ is not liable for the defects caused by the Customer’s fault or the defects that are caused due to the improper storage or use of the products.

11. Processing personal data of the Customer

11.1. Mulieres OĂœ processes the personal data of the Customer in accordance with the requirements stipulated in personal data protection laws. More detailed information about personal data processing is available here.LINK

11.2. The processed data includes the information collected from the Customer upon registration and/or upon completing the order (first name and surname, address, telephone number, e-mail address, content of the cart and purchase history).

11.3. Mulieres OĂœ processes the personal data of Customers for completing orders (including sending messages related to the order), paying for products, delivering the products, compiling and forwarding offers and news.

12. Settlement of disputes

If the Customer has complaints against Mulieres OĂœ, send an e-mail to the address mulieres@mulieres.eu or call: +372 60 49 838. If the Customer and Mulieres OĂœ cannot solve the disagreement by reaching a mutual agreement, the Customer can turn to the Consumer Disputes Committee. It is in the competence of the Consumer Disputes Committee to solve the contractual disputes between the Customer and Mulieres OĂœ. The committee reviews the complaint of the Customer free of charge. The Customer may turn to the EU consumer disputes platform.
