Sales terms and conditions
1. Validity of sales terms and conditions
1.1 The sales terms and conditions apply for the rights and obligations arising from the purchase of goods from Mulieres OÜ by the customers (hereinafter the Customer).
1.2 In addition to the present terms and conditions, the legal relations arising from the purchase of goods of Mulieres OÜ are also subject to the valid legal acts of the Republic of Estonia.
1.3 Mulieres OÜ reserves the right to change the sales terms and conditions as well as the sales prices. The said changes will be reflected on the website Mulieres.eu.
2. Prices
2.1 All the prices on the website of Mulieres OÜ include VAT 22%.
2.2 The displayed discount percentages are rounded up to the nearest integer.
2.3 Registered users get a discount of -5%.
3. Placing the order
3.1 To order the products, select the desired items and add them to the cart. You can check the content of your cart when clicking on the shopping cart icon on the header of the website.
3.2 You can change the quantities of the products in the cart by using the +/- buttons.
3.3 Before checking out, please select the delivery method. Orders from EUR 49 and up are delivered to parcel machines within Estonia free of charge.
If the sum of the order becomes less than EUR 49 due to the use of registered customer discount and/or of a discount code, postal service fee will also be added to the sum of the order.
3.4 To check out, click on “Pay”. Enter your contact data, select the delivery and payment method. Select the delivery method.
3.5 To confirm the order, click on “Submit order”. You can pay for the order immediately with either a credit card or via a bank link. Order confirmation and a copy of the invoice will be sent to your e-mail address. Order history and invoices can be managed under “My account”.
3.6 The products will be posted after the receipt of the payment.
3.7 Subscription based orders
In our e-shop you can also place subscription based orders, which means that each month you will be sent the requested items and the sum of the ordered items will be debited from your credit card.
Subscription based orders can only be placed with a credit card. Subscription based orders are with indefinite terms. Subscription based orders can be suspended/terminated by logging in and changing the settings under “My account”.
3.8 Using discount coupons
If you have a discount coupon, enter the code of the coupon in the respective field to activate the discount. Discount coupons cannot be used for purchasing gift cards.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column]
3.9 Using gift cards
A gift card is valid as a means of payment within the sum indicated on the gift card. Gift cards can only be used in the e-shop of Mulieres.eu. A gift card expires on the date indicated on the card.
When using a gift card for purchasing goods, enter the code on the gift card in the respective field during the checkout procedure.
Each gift card can only be used once.
Gift cards cannot be exchanged for money and the outstanding sums will not be refunded. If the total sum of the purchase exceeds the value of the gift card, the difference will be paid with a payment card. One gift card can be used for one purchase.
No discounts can be applied for purchasing a gift card.
4. Payment options
Mulieres OÜ is the data controller responsible for personal data, and Mulieres OÜ transfers the necessary personal data for executing payments to the authorized processor Maksekeskus AS.
In the e-shop of Mulieres, you can securely pay via a bank link and with a credit card. Select the suitable payment method from among the following options:

Latvia: Swedbank, SEB, Citadele and Luminor
Lithuania: Swedbank, SEB and Luminor
Finland: Nordea, Danske, Pohjola, Ålandsbanken, S-Pankki, Säästonpankki and Handelsbanken

4.1 Enactment of the sales agreement
4.1.1 After clicking on “Submit order”, the Customer is bound with the order placed and paying for it.
4.1.2 The sales agreement enters into force when the total sum of the order has reached the bank account of Mulieres OÜ.
4.1.3. Within 14 days since the receipt of the goods or since placing the order, provided that the goods have not reached the Customer yet, the Customer is entitled to inform Mulieres OÜ of their request of withdrawing from the agreement and requesting the refund of the full amount paid. The purchased goods cannot be returned if the ordered goods have been manufactured as a custom order and tailored for the personal preferences of the Customer. The returned goods may not be used and have to be in the original package. The direct costs related to the return of the goods will be borne by the Customer. The goods must be returned in 14 days since the submission of the application of withdrawal.
