Personal data subject to processing

  • name;
  • contact data such as telephone number and e-mail address;
  • address of the payer and delivery address;
  • cost of goods and services and payment data (purchase history);
  • other information related to customer studies and/or offers.

Purpose of personal data processing

The purpose of personal data processing is the performance of the agreement concluded with the Customer. Personal data is processed for the purpose of fulfilling legal obligations (e.g., accounting and solving consumer disputes).

Personal data is used for managing the orders of the Customer and for delivering goods.

Purchase history data (purchase date, products, quantity, Customer’s data) is used for preparing an overview of the purchased goods and services and for analysing customer preferences.

Personal data such as e-mail address, telephone number and Customer’s name are processed for solving the issues related to the sales of goods and provision of services and also for preparing and forwarding offers and news.

The IP-address of the user of the e-shop or other network identifiers are processed for the provision of the e-shop as an information society service and for compiling web usage statistics.

Forwarding personal data for authorised processors

The Merchant keeps the personal data of the Customer made available for them through registering a user account and using the e-services as a secret and discloses such information to third parties only with the permission of the Customer, except when the obligation or right to disclose such data arises from legal acts. An e-shop user agrees that the Merchant is entitled to process their data for providing suitable services for the user, including forwarding the data of the Customer to the persons related to the provision of services to the Customer on behalf of the Merchant.

Providers of information technology services – personal data will be forwarded to information technology service providers because it is necessary for ensuring the functionality and data hosting of the e-shop.

Personal data which is necessary for delivering the goods are forwarded to the company providing courier services only in the extent absolutely necessary. Personal data protection is ensured with all the legally required security measures.

Paying for purchases in the e-shop of Mulieres is safe. The personal data necessary for the execution of payments will be forwarded to the authorised processor.Mulieres OÜ is the data controller responsible for personal data, and Mulieres OÜ transfers the necessary personal data for executing payments to the authorized processor Maksekeskus AS.

Security and access to data

The personal data is being stored in Zone.ee servers which are located in the territories of the members of the European Union or the countries of the European Economic Area. The data may also be forwarded to countries the data protection level of which has been deemed adequate by the European Commission and to the US companies who have joined the Privacy Shield framework.

Mulieres OÜ implements relevant physical, organisational and information technological security measures to protect personal data from accidental or illegal destruction, loss, changing or unauthorised access or disclosure.

Forwarding personal data to the authorised processors of the e-shop – personal data is processed based on the agreement concluded between Mulieres OÜ and the authorised processor. The authorised processor undertakes to ensure the relevant protection measures when processing personal data.

Use and saving of cookies

Mulieres OÜ may use cookies (i.e., small pieces of information stored on the hard drive of the computer or other device of the visitor by the browser) to collect data about the visitors of our websites and users of other information society services or other similar technologies (e.g., IP address, device information, location data) and to process such data.

Mulieres OÜ uses the collected data to ensure the provision of services according to the habits of the visitor or customer; to ensure the best quality of services; to enhance the user experience of the website; to inform the visitor and customer about the content and make recommendations; to make the advertisements more relevant and improve our marketing efforts; to analyse the customer behaviour and thus improve the website user experience; to facilitate the log in procedure and the protection of data. The collected data are also used for counting the visitors and establishing the habits of the users.

We use the cookies of our e-shop to identify users as unique but anonymous persons.

Mulieres OÜ uses session cookies, persistent cookies and advertising cookies. Session cookies will be deleted automatically after each visit; persistent cookies are preserved after several visits to the website; advertising cookies are used for forwarding suitable materials for the visitor or for limiting the number of times the same advertisement is displayed on the website. Third party cookies are used by the websites of the partners of Mulieres OÜ. Mulieres OÜ does not control the creation of such cookies, therefore, information about such cookies can be obtained from third parties.

The use of cookies is accepted by the visitors on the website, in the information society service device or web browser. If the visitor does not wish to allow the use of cookies on the website, the visitor can block the cookies in browser settings, use the private browsing option or delete the cookies completely by following the browser service provider instructions.

Access to and correction of personal data

Withdrawal of consent

If personal data is being processed based on the consent of the Customer, then the Customer is entitled to withdraw this consent. To withdraw the consent, send an e-mail to mulieres@mulieres.eu.

Storage

When the customer account of the e-shop is closed, the personal data will be deleted, except for the data that needs to be preserved for accounting reasons or for settling consumer disputes.

If a Customer has made a purchase as a guest (without creating a user account), then the personalised purchase history will be stored for three years.

In the event of payment and consumer disputes, the personal data will be preserved until the compliance of the claim or until the end of the expiration data (three years).

Personal data needed for accounting reasons will be preserved for seven years.

Deletion

Use the contact form on the website of Mulieres.eu to submit an inquiry for deleting your personal data. We will respond to data deletion requests no later than within one month and if necessary, we will specify the data deletion period.

Direct marketing communications

If the Customer has given the respective consent, their e-mail address will be used for sending direct marketing communications. If the Customer does not wish to receive direct marketing communications, send an e-mail to mulieres@mulieres.eu or withdraw the consent from the link below the newsletter.

If personal data is being processed for direct marketing purpose (profiling), the Customer is entitled to submit claims against the initial as well as the further processing of their personal data, including the profile analysis related to direct marketing, by sending us a respective e-mail.

Settlement of disputes

The disputes related to personal data processing are settled by using the customer support. The supervisory body is the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate (info@aki.ee). Consumer Protection Board commission and the ODR platform
