How can I see that the discount has been applied?

The cart and the checkout show a separate line, “Member discount 5%”, with the amount you save.

Does joining cost anything?

No. Creating an account and being a member is free, and you never have to buy anything.

What else does an account give me?

Your order history with invoices, saved delivery and billing addresses, and the option to add a previous order to the cart again in one click.

I forgot my password. What now?
